Store Policies Shipping PoliciesAll orders shipping inside the lower 48 United States over $150.00 will be sent with no additional charges for shipping, orders under $150.00 will be charged shipping of $7.95. The service for orders sent indide the lower 48 United States will be FedEx Ground. Orders to AK, HI, PR and International Locations will be subject to additional shipping. General Store Policies All merchandise purchased from KNOXarmor.com is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number. RA requests can be generated by calling 1-888-784-4327 or emailing sales@knoxarmor.com. Packages sent to us without a valid RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to KNOXarmor.com. Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused. KNOXarmor.com will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless the return or exchange is the result of an error made by KNOXarmor.com. Returns or exchanges must be received by KNOXarmor.com within 10 business days from the date the RA# is issued. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. We suggest using the same packaging we used to send the itmes to you to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to KNOXarmor.com. We are not responsible for returned goods we received that are damaged. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE INSURING THE PACKAGE! These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.
